Domestic Orders
Need to make an exchange? Please follow the steps below:
- Contact us at hello@mynooci.com and we will provide instructions.
- Ship the item(s) back to NOOCI.
- Place a new order for the product(s) you would like instead.
Please note: all returned items must be sealed and in their original packaging.
International Orders
We currently do not accept returns or exchanges for international orders.

We want you to love your NOOCI products. If your order is not the right fit, you may return it within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.
Before returning any item, please contact us at hello@mynooci.com. Packages sent without notifying us first may not be properly identified, may be labelled as returned to sender, and may not be refunded or returned.
Return Conditions
- Returns must be requested within 30 days of the original purchase date.
- Returns sent back after 30 days and/or without contacting us first will not be refunded.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, and refunds do not include the original shipping cost.
- A $5 processing fee will be deducted from your refund.
- If we believe this policy is being misused, we reserve the right to decline the return.
- This policy does not apply to international orders.

NOOCI powder formulas come in individual sachets. Dissolve one sachet in 6–8 oz of warm water and drink 30–60 minutes before bed for sleep formulas, or as directed on the packaging. For capsule formulas, take 2 capsules daily, before or after food. Most people notice a difference within the first week of consistent use.
