- 1/2 cup of milk of choice
- 2 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon honey (or sweetener of choice)
- Diced fresh berries
How to make:
- In a bowl or glass, combine the milk, chia seeds, honey, and one sachet of Energy + Immunity.
- Mix all ingredients until well combined.
