Relax + Sleep was made to mix into warm water or milk, but your nightly ritual doesn’t have to taste the same every night.
This one is our Salted Maple Sleep Latte, inspired by the same reason salted caramel works so well. A tiny pinch of salt balances the sweetness, smooths the herbal notes, and brings out the cozy red date flavor.
Ingredients:
1 sachet Relax + Sleep
3/4 cup milk of choice
2 teaspoon maple syrup
Small pinch of fine salt (literally a pinch between fingers)
Tiny dash cinnamon (for topping)
How to make:
Add maple syrup, a small pinch of salt, 1 sachet Relax + Sleep, and 3/4 cup warm milk of choice. Froth or blend until smooth, then finish with a light dusting of cinnamon on top.
