Ingredients:
½ pack Relax + Sleep
2 tbsp cocoa powder or hot cocoa mix
8 oz steamed or hot milk
Pinch of sea salt (optional)
Instructions:
Add Relax + Sleep and the cocoa powder to your mug. Pour in a small splash of hot milk and stir until the mixture forms a smooth paste. Slowly add the rest of the hot milk while stirring until everything is fully blended. Add a pinch of sea salt if you like, and enjoy it warm.
