Ingredients:
1 sachet Relax + Sleep
1 tsp black sesame powder/paste
1/2 cup warm milk
1 tsp honey
How to make:
Whisk the sesame paste with a little hot milk first so it smooths out, then add Relax + Sleep and rest of the milk. Froth until blended.
