Ingredients:

  • 1 sachet of Relax + Sleep
  • 200ml milk of choice
  • 1 teaspoon honey (optional)

How to make:

  1. Pour one sachet of Relax + Sleep into a glass.
  2. Add water and stir using a milk frother or spoon.
  3. Top up with your choice of milk.
  4. This drink can be enjoyed hot or cold:
    • For a cold beverage, add ice.

    • For a hot beverage, heat your milk before adding it.
