Recipe:⁠
1 apple⁠
5g dried hawthorn⁠
5g dried red date (pitted)⁠
1pc chen pi⁠
1000ml water⁠

Instruction:⁠
Cut the apple into smaller pieces. Combine all ingredients in a pot. Bring water to a boil, then turn down to low-medium heat for 20 minutes before drinking.⁠
