Recipe:
1 apple
5g dried hawthorn
5g dried red date (pitted)
1pc chen pi
1000ml water
Instruction:
Cut the apple into smaller pieces. Combine all ingredients in a pot. Bring water to a boil, then turn down to low-medium heat for 20 minutes before drinking.
