Energy + Immunity Chia Seed Pudding Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 Sachet Energy + Immunity
  • 1/2 cup of milk of choice
  • 2 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon honey (or sweetener of choice)
  • Diced fresh berries

How to make:

  1. In a bowl or glass, combine the milk, chia seeds, honey, and one sachet of Energy + Immunity.
  2. Mix all ingredients until well combined.
  3. Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for up to 3 hours, or overnight.
  4. Before serving, add fresh berries or other desired toppings.
