Recipe:
5g red adzuki beans
5g coix seed
5g Chen Pi (dried tangerine peel)
Instructions:
Soak coix seed and chenpi for 10 minutes in hot water. Then drain. Place all ingredients together into a pot, add 1000 ml of water, bring the water to a boil, then turn it down and boil on medium heat for 30 minutes before drinking.
