Dampness Relieving Tea

Try this gentle TCM tea-made with red adzuki beans, coix seeds, and chen pi.

This tea recipe is ideal for those with water retention, swelling, mental fatigue, constipation, bloating, weak digestion, or a sluggish spleen and stomach.⁠

Recipe:⁠
5g red adzuki beans⁠
5g coix seed⁠
5g Chen Pi (dried tangerine peel)⁠

Instructions:⁠
Soak coix seed and chenpi for 10 minutes in hot water. Then drain. Place all ingredients together into a pot, add 1000 ml of water, bring the water to a boil, then turn it down and boil on medium heat for 30 minutes before drinking.⁠
