Tea for Qi

Tea for Qi - NOOCI

Even if you’re brand new to the practice of TCM, you’ve probably still heard of qi (pronounced “chee”). Qi is translated as “vital energy” and embraces all manifestations of energy, from all the things you touch, smell, see, hear and feel (both material and non). According to TCM, you want to create and circulate an abundance of qi (or vital energy) to sustain health and wellbeing. And many ailments we as humans may be experiencing are the result of an imbalance or blockage of Qi. But as serious as that may sound, there are actually a lot of easy ways to keep your Qi flowing. And one of our favorites, is a quick at home remedy of a qi boosting tea.

Why do we love this qi boosting tea? Not only does it help promote well-being and blood circulation, but especially helps replenish your body when you may be suffering from a lack of sleep or even chronic fatigue. So drink it when you feel good to promote continued help, and continue to drink it on those days where you just might need a little extra boost.

We’ve linked all ingredients to make your wellness journey even easier!
