NOOCI Products

How should I take NOOCI products?

NOOCI products are made for easy consumption, so that you can easily incorporate them into your daily routines.

ReNoo: Take 1-3 packets in the morning. Mixed in water, tea or drink of choice.
Noo Air: Take 2 capsules together, with or without food, any time during the day.
Noo Moon: Take 2 capsules together, with or without food, any time during the day.

Are NOOCI vegetarian and vegan-friendly?

Yes! All our products are plant-based, gluten-free, and free of animal and dairy products.

Where are NOOCI products made?

Our products are manufactured in Japan and adhere by strict quality controls – that’s how we make sure that our supplements are of the very best quality!

How are NOOCI products made?

The making of NOOCI products is a lengthy and comprehensive process -- we put a lot of thought and care into every step of the process.

To start, sourcing is very important to us and we only work with carefully-vetted suppliers that meet 3A standards (i.e., the highest standard) of quality ingredients, and that they have clean and compliant facilities that meet FDA standards and regulations. The herbs are then processed using Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) standards of cleansing, extracting, inspection and powdering, and the manufacturing facility follow strict ISO standards. To obtain additional independent assurance, we also work with third-party organizations to test for bio-identity, purity, potency, pesticides, microbes, heavy metals, and much more.

TCM Herbs

Can I take TCM herbs and vitamins together?

Yes, generally you can take TCM herbs with your regular vitamins.

Can I take TCM herbs together with prescription medication?

In formulating our products, we have tried to select the most neutral herbs that would agree with every body profile. That said, if you're on prescription medication, we recommend that you consult your healthcare practitioner first before taking NOOCI supplements.

Can I take TCM herbs if I am pregnant or breastfeeding?

In general, most herbs have not been tested on women who are pregnant or breastfeeding so we suggest that you consult your health practitioner.

What conditions can TCM treat? Are TCM herbs safe?

For over 3,000 years, TCM has helped with the maintenance of good health and prevented / treated a wide range of health issues, e.g., high cholesterol, pain, obesity, vascular / pulmonary / digestive / reproductive diseases (just to name a few).

NOOCI believes in modern TCM, which combines millennia of age-old wisdom, technology, and rigorous scientific methods to test and prove safety and efficacy, just so that our customers can have peace of mind when they take our products.

Subscription

How does NOOCI subscription work?

TCM works best when it is taken consistently over a continuous period for maintenance or restoration purposes. To make things easier for you, you can opt for a subscription of NOOCI product(s) so that we can ship you a fresh batch of supplements every month -- shipping is on us, and you receive $5 ($13 off for bundle subscription) off each delivery!

For Noo Air and Noo Moon subscriptions, we suggest that you keep the original container we provide. To reduce waste, we will send you a refill packet of capsules every month -- simply pour them into the original container and voilà!

Can I change or cancel my subscription?

While we recommend that you are consistent with your TCM supplements, you can log into your account to change or cancel your subscription at any time on your monthly subscription. For those who are under our 3 month subscription, we restrict the rights of cancellation and refunds until after the 3 month period. If you have any questions, you can email us at hello@mynooci.com.

Orders & Shipping

Can I edit or cancel an order?

You can send an email to hello@mynooci.com with your order ID and products you purchased, and our customer care team will help with your request.

Can I use more than one discount code?

Only one discount code may be applied per order.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders over $50 as well as all subscription orders to all 50 U.S. states via USPS.

How much does shipping cost and how long will it take?

NOOCI offers the following shipping options:


Expedited shipping - $20 (1 to 3 days)
Free Shipping on orders over $50 (2 to 8 business days)
Standard Ground Shipping - $5 (3 to 8 business days)

Do you ship internationally?

We only ship domestically within the U.S. at this time, but stay tuned. Follow us at @my_nooci on Instagram for updates!

Returns & Exchanges

How do I make an exchange?

1. Reach out to hello@mynooci.com and we will provide instructions.
2. Ship the item(s) back to NOOCI.
3. Pick out the correct product(s) that you want and proceed to check out!

*Please Note: All returns have to be sealed within their original packaging

Can I return my NOOCI product?

We're all about making sure you're head over heels for your NOOCI products! That's why we stand by them with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If our products don't quite hit the mark for you, simply return them within 30 days of purchase, and we'll happily give you a full refund.

  • Before returning your products, be sure to get in touch with us at hello@mynooci.com. Any packages that are sent without notifying us may not be properly identified. It will be labelled as “returned to sender” and will not be refunded or returned.
  • Items returned to us after 30 days of the initial purchase date and/or without contacting us prior to the return, will not be refunded. Please note that shipping is non-refundable and refunds do not include the cost of shipping.
  • A $5 processing fee will be deducted from your refund or return.
  • If we feel that misuse of this policy is taking place, we are not obligated to process a return.

When will I receive my refund?

Upon receipt of the returned item(s), our warehouse team will verify their condition(s) before processing the refund. Depending on your payment method, it may take up to 30 days before you will receive the full amount. Please feel free to check with us if you have any concerns during this time.

My order has arrived damaged, what do I do?

We take great care in the packaging process, but unforeseen events can happen along the way as our products get shipped to you... If you receive a damaged product, please contact our customer care team at hello@mynooci.com and we will help you rectify the issue.

Recycling

Can I recycle the outer box of my supplements?

Yes, our packaging is 100% recyclable -- please recycle them if possible!
